How to rent a property in Dubai?

Residential Properties:
  • Select the Apartment-

    The journey to search for the perfect apartment starts online.   • View the property-

  • DEWA Connection-

    For water, electricity and gas connection you would need to connect DEWA by setting up a DEWA account. Passport and tenancy contract copies have to be submitted to Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and a refundable deposit with set-up charges has to be paid.
